Airport Transportation

I. Taoyuan International Airport:
Travelers entering or departing the country can choose taking a bus, taxi, tour bus or VIP rent car or shuttle bus to the high speed rail in Taoyuan to and from the airport. For further inforatmion, please check on public transportation in the International Taoyuan Airport.

1. Taxi service counter:


(1) T1: the 12th meeting point in the arrival hall
(2) T2: the 1st meeting point in the arrival hall
All taxi drivers are rigorously examined by the Aviation Police before serving passengers in the airport.
The airport offers 24 hours metered taxi service every day. The fare combines the meter number and a 15% surcharge, in addition to highway tolls. If needed, the taxis can bring passengers to all parts of Taiwan

2. Currently there are 8 bus companies operating in Taoyuan International Airport: Kuo-Kuang, Free Go, Citiair, Evergreen, UBus, Taoyuan, Kamalan, and Ho-Hsin. They run daily trips to Taipei, Banqiao, Xindian, Taoyuan, Taoyuan HSR station, Zhongli, Zhongli Transit Station, Taichung, and Changhua. II. Kaohsiung International Airport:

1. Taxi:


Taxies provide immediate services. Fares are charged based on the meter plus NT$50 service fee. Taxies are available along the sidewalk at the exit outside the arrival hall on 1F of international terminal. There are also other circulating taxies who charge based on the meter. They are available on the west side of domestic line and international line terminal (near the bus stops).

2. Bus:


Five bus companies – Chungnan, Pingtung, Guoguan, Kaohsiung and Hosing – currently operate buses to Kenting, Tainan and Chiayi. For the routes, schedule and fare, please refer to “Kaohsiung International Airport”.
III. Taipei Songshan International Airport:

1. Taxi:


Taxis are available near stop poles no. 13 and 14 outisde Terminal 1. Fares are charged based on the meter. Passengers can also take circulating taxes on the south side of the gas station. Fares are charged based on the meter.

2. Bus:


 Currently 7 bus companies – Kuokuang Bus, Tailian Bus, Formosa Fairway Bus, Taoyuan Bus, Yatung Bus, Sanchung Bus and Free Go Bus. For relevant routes and schedule, please visit “Taipei Songshan Airport - Airport Transportation – Bus”. For fares, please contact each bus company.

Taichung Airport:
